Cathy Klein leads the Global Service Strategy and Program Management for Sensormatic. She has many years of experience in field service, customer experience, transformation, strategic planning, development, and program management.
Currently, her teams are responsible for implementation projects, transformation programs, development and delivery of processes across multiple function areas. In previous roles, she has led Central Operations, Remote Diagnostic Centers, and Integrations. Whether working to implement new systems, or on M&A programs, Cathy is considered the SME and continues to drive the strategy and transformation roadmap for her business unit.
