Her focus areas include integration of new technologies, strategic business development, organizational leadership, and optimizing crucial metrics like client retention and employee turnover. Cynthia prides herself on cultivating collaborative, growth-oriented work environments, which is reflected in their exceptional team turnover rate of under 10%. Considering the average annual associate turnover in customer support is anywhere between 40-70%, she continues to be amazed at the talents and dedication of the teams she works with.
