Gabriel Escobar is a seasoned Technical and Global Customer Service leader with more than 30 years of experience and over a decade in management roles across North America and Latin America. As Director of Aftermarket Sales and Service at JLS Automation, he drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth initiatives while overseeing technical support, field service, parts, and customer experience functions.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Gabriel is known for his servant leadership approach, his ability to build high performing teams, and his track record of transforming service organizations. His background includes hands on technical expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as PLC programming, giving him a rare blend of leadership and deep technical credibility.

Throughout his career, Gabriel has led teams as large as 150 across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin America, managed multimillion dollar P&Ls, developed successful service programs, and implemented process improvements that strengthened customer relationships and boosted profitability. His experience spans major industry leaders including JLS Automation, ENGEL Machinery, NETSTAL, and Toshiba Machine.
