Throughout his career, John has held senior leadership roles at globally respected organizations, including Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Medtronic, and W&H, leading complex digital transformations that leverage AI, cloud technologies, and advanced analytics to modernize service operations and improve customer outcomes.
