Josh Perez serves as Vice President & General Manager of Food Equipment Service for ITW Food Equipment Group, where he leads a 1,900+ employee organization spanning field service, national accounts, inside sales, customer care, call centers, and IT. In this role, he is responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across one of the industry’s largest commercial service networks. A recognized transformation leader, Josh has more than two decades of experience leading large-scale service, sales, and operations teams across FedEx, Motorola, ADT, and private-equity-backed platforms.
