Dr. Lisa Ferlita is the Vice President of Service – Americas at Oxford Instruments, where she leads service operations, customer experience, field service excellence, service sales, technical support, escalations, and operational transformation initiatives across the Americas region.

With more than 40 years of global leadership experience spanning manufacturing, healthcare, analytical instrumentation, and advanced technologies, Dr. Ferlita is recognized for building high-performing service organizations focused on customer success, operational excellence, workforce engagement, and sustainable growth. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale organizational transformations, global service strategies, workforce development initiatives, and customer-centric operating models across highly technical industries.

Dr. Ferlita holds a Doctorate in Global Leadership and is passionate about developing future leaders, empowering teams, and creating inclusive service cultures where employees feel heard, valued, and connected to purpose. She is a strong advocate for succession planning, leadership development, and knowledge transfer as critical pillars for the future of field service organizations.

Having lived and worked in 129 countries, Dr. Ferlita brings a uniquely global perspective to leadership, cultural awareness, customer engagement, and organizational transformation. She is also an emerging public speaker and author.
