Paula Montano leads the Global Service Operations for the Guardian Software and Solutions platform for Emerson.  She has many years of experience in field service, customer engagements, continuous process improvement, and project management. Paula has been with Emerson since 2002 and has over 23 years of industrial automation experience. Currently, her teams are responsible for driving efficiency, innovation and operational excellence for the field service organization in support of the lifecycle services business for the process systems and software group in Emerson.
