Ryan Baumgartner is Vice President of Operations for EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS), where he leads integrated facilities management operations across manufacturing and industrial clients in the U.S. He is responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and consistent service while strengthening client partnerships and driving operational performance.

With more than 30 years of experience, Ryan has led large-scale programs, managed distributed teams, and delivered results in complex environments. His approach is grounded in accountability and execution…aligning people, processes, and technology to create measurable value.

He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado and maintains multiple industry certifications. Known for building strong teams and partnerships, Ryan is focused on developing leaders and driving results.
