Global Customer Success Leader Baker Hughes

Sequoia has served as the Global Customer Success Leader since July of 2022 helping customers realize their KPIs and exceed targets by eliminating unplanned downtime through Baker Hughes Cordant Asset Performance Management capabilities.

Sequoia previously served as the Midwest Account Manager serving Bently Nevada’s industrial customers in industries such as Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining, Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, and Power Generation.

Before joining Baker Hughes, Sequoia was a Chief Technical Advisor where she led multi-unit commissioning, startup, optimization, troubleshooting, and reload projects in the Oil & Gas sector with Honeywell UOP.

Sequoia graduated from Purdue University in Chemical Engineering and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. She enjoys traveling and watching the Chicago Cubs.
