Supply Chain Head, VP Operations Management Alcon

Troop Aschenbeck is the VP of Supply Chain Officer at Alcon. He is responsible for all facets of supply chain strategy and execution, including Sourcing, Planning, Data, Logistics & Customer Operations, and Warehousing. Troop is responsible for 60 sites supporting 120 countries with end-to-end supply chain operations. He managed the creation and implementation of the first five-year strategy plan which rebuilt the global RMA process, implementation predictive analytics software solution, and conducting location and freight costing analysis. Prior to joining Alcon in 2020, Troop worked for 25 years in numerous senior leadership roles, building an end-to-end global supply chain and procurement experience. He has managed inventories valued more than $500M in more than 120 countries delivering service levels as high as 99%. He has made a remarkable success in formulating and executing strategies to improve customer experience, ensuring revenue growth, increasing productivity, maintaining materials high quality, and engaging business stakeholders. Troop is a graduate of Texas A&M where he earned a master’s degree in Industrial Distribution. He is the Executive Sponsor for Alcon’s Military Affinity Employee Resource Group.
