For almost 20 years, Adam Gloss has provided leadership in the built environment with companies including Johnson Controls and Comfort Systems USA. As Vice President at McKinstry, Adam leads their Service Division, where he is bringing innovative approaches to facility operations and maintenance to market, helping solve the cost, carbon and labor crisis in commercial facilities. Adam has been a featured speaker for BOMA, Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), Efficiency First, and other organizations. He was a founding member of the Advisory Committee for the ACCA Building Performance Council and has been a contributor to the HVAC/R News, BUILDINGS magazine and podcasts, and more.
