Chetan Makam serves as the vice president of global services for TerumoBCT, a nearly $1 billion, mission-driven biomedical company focused on unlocking the potential of blood and cell-based therapies. The innovative medical device company strives to advance patient care, broaden treatment options and improve patient outcomes through its technologies within the sectors of blood banking, transfusion medicine and regenerative medicine. As a key member of our executive leadership team, Chetan leads a globally integrated service team that currently serves as a key market differentiator in 130 different countries and aims to deliver a unified customer experience. In addition to leading Global Services he co-leads the Digital Transformation, Data Analytics programs and is accountable for the Process Excellence initiatives. Chetan is currently working on monetizing and delivering value-added services under the umbrella of a services ecosystem.
