Jeremy N. Pasquill is the Head of Repair Centers at Alcon, where he leads the strategy and execution for the company’s repair centers. With a strong focus on tracking, planning, statistics management, supervision, customer support, and the refurbishment of parts and equipment. Overseeing six global regions that support 120 countries, Jeremy successfully implemented a global forecasting and planning system that has transformed processes and fostered unity within the organization. Since joining Alcon in 2023, he has utilized his extensive senior leadership experience in supply chain and service management to achieve service commitments exceeding 90%. Jeremy’s exceptional ability to develop and implement effective strategies has significantly enhanced customer experience, driven substantial revenue growth, boosted productivity, ensured the highest quality materials, and inspired engagement among business partners.
There is a recurring problem with the quality of replacement parts, causing headaches for customers. This is due, in part, to the failure of the component parts, sourced by secondary providers. Compounding the issue, smaller suppliers have gone out of business, resulting in delays in production and a compromise in product reliability.
