Stephen Goulbourne has led an international Service business for more than 15 years, gaining significant experience in both the commercial and operational areas. He is the Global Program Director – Global Service at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. In the last few years there has been a strong emphasis and focus upon enhancing Field Force Efficiency globally, through the introduction of modern field based support tools such as AR and AI that aim to drive increased efficiencies and improve the overall customer experience.
